Who do you need to be?

If you want something you’ve never had, you need to become someone you’ve never been.

What does that mean?

It means that the reason we struggle to get the results we want is because, right now, we’re not someone who does the things required to get those results.

We make excuses.

We put ourselves last.

We blame others for how we’re choosing to feel.

We’re not deliberate and intentional about how we spend our time or where we allow our time, energy and focus to go.

We’re unclear about exactly what kind of life we’re trying to create for ourselves.

That person gets a certain kind of result – regardless of what result they might want.

The person who does the things required to get the results we want is someone a little bit different.

They are willing to be uncomfortable – repeatedly.

They respect, appreciate and honour themselves enough to give their body, mind and soul what they truly need to thrive.

They take responsibility for what they choose to think and how they choose to feel.

They’re intentional about where they spend their valuable time and energy.

They’re crystal clear about exactly what they want their future to look like and they spend time every day visualizing it.

If you want something you’ve never had, you need to become someone you’ve never been.

Who do you need to start being in order to start experiencing life in a different way?
