Food Mindset Mastery Circle

6-month VIP group experience that takes you deeper into understanding exactly how to create the mindset that leads to the true, lasting health we desire  

I created the Food Mindset Mastery Circle because I wanted a space to take people deeper.

This is a 6-month program for a very small and intimate group (only 15 spots available). We meet (online) every other week to share, discuss and offer support as we work to better understand and implement mindset transformation techniques around food, body images, self care, happiness and more. You also get private 1:1 calls with me each month to get support on your own unique journey.

This program is for you if you feel like you’re making progress, but know how hard it is to do alone and want to give yourself the gift of 6 full months of support, guidance and accountability to really and truly establish a new relationship with food and with yourself.
